Evo kako smo danas u našoj kuhinji spojili rižu i male tikvice u zanimljivo i ukusno jelo, a da su pri tom i jedno i drugo ostale zasebne cjeline, koje smo dozirali u svakom zalogaju i svatko za sebe...

Sastojci:
5-6 ili više manjih tikvica, 3-4 režnja češnjaka, 150 g plemenitog sira ( gorgonzola, a ako ne volite, može i zdenka trokuti ), svježi timjan, 4-5 listića bosiljka, 1 crveni luk, 250 g riže, 1-2 dl bijelog vina, žličica meda, 2 žlice parmezana, 300 ml juhe ( pileća ili kocka s vodom ), sol, papar i maslinovo ulje
