Ako je jagoda kraljica proljeća onda titula princeze svakako pripada ovoj zlatnoj ljepotici!
A kako sam oduševljena ovom tortom, krunu bih joj predala bez razmišljanja ... Moja je kraljica marelica!

Sastojci za biskvit:
3 veća jaja, 120 g čokolade za kuhanje, 100 g maslaca, 150 g šećera, 120 g brašna, 1 žličica praška za pecivo, 10 - ak žlica soka za namakanje ( ostatak marinade )
Za marinadu:
2 -3 žlice likera od marelice ili ruma, 5-6 listića mente, 1-2 žlice šećera, sok pola limuna i 20- ak marelica
Za kremu (mouse):
350 ml vrhnja mliječnog, 300 g čokolade za kuhanje, 3 žutanjka, 3 žlice vode, 3 žlice šećera ( vodu i šećer prokuhati 2 -3 min... da postane prozirno)
Za ukrasiti:
100 ml vrhnja, 40 g čokolade otopiti u 2-3 žlice vrelog vrhnja... Ostatak miksati i dodati ohlađenu čokoladu...
I još komadi marelica, kockice želea od mente, listići badema

and 20 apricots For cream (mouse): 350 ml of milk cream, 300 g of cooking chocolate, 3 yolks, 3 tablespoons water, 3 tablespoons of sugar (water and sugar boil 2 -3 minutes ... to become transparent) To decorate: 100 ml of cream, 40 g of chocolate melt into 2-3 tablespoons of hot cream ... The rest mix and add chilled chocolate ... And pieces of apricot, jelly cubes mint, almonds
