Sastojci:
2 glavice koromača, 200 g ementaler sira, 2- 3 žlice ribanog parmezana, 2-3 kriške kruha,
2 žlice kikirikija ( može i tostirani badem ), 1-2 režnja češnjaka, sol, maslinovo ulje, sok 1 limuna i 1 vezica peršina
