I vi ste tu, kao dragi prijatelji s istim osjećajem za fino! I ovo je još jedna ljepotica koja nas je osvojila i ostavila neizbrisiv trag u albumu omiljenih okusa!

Sastojci za biskvit:
4 jaja, 100 g šećera, 70 g otopljenog maslaca, 100 g brašna, 4 žlice vruće vode, 140 g prepečenih i samljevenih lješnjaka, 1 vanil šećer, 1/2 praška za pecivo
Za karamel sloj:
250 g šećera, 150 g krupnije mljevenih lješnjaka, 2,5 dl mliječnog vrhnja za šlag
Za kremu:
250 ml vrhnja za šlag (samo mliječno), 300 g mascarpone sira, 1-1,5 dl mlijeka, 5 listova želatine ili
1 vrećica mljevene, 4 žlice šećera u prahu
Za karamel glazuru:
150 g šećera, 150 ml vrelog vrhnja za šlag (mliječno obavezno), 1 list želatine ili 1 žličica u prahu,
60 g maslaca

And you are there as dear friends with the same feeling for fine! And this is another beauty that won us and left an indelible mark in the album's favorite flavors!

Ingredients for biscuit:
4 eggs, 100 g sugar, 70 g dissolved butter, 100 g flour, 4 tablespoons hot water, 140 g roasted and ground hazelnuts, 1 vanilla sugar, 1/2 baking powder
For caramel layer:
250 g of sugar, 150 g of crushed hazelnuts, 2.5 dl cream for whipped cream
For cream:
250 ml of whipped cream, 300 g of mascarpone cheese, 1-1.5 dl of milk, 5 sheets of gelatin or
1 bag of ground, 4 tablespoons powdered sugar
For caramel glaze:
150 g of sugar, 150 ml of hot whipping cream (milky), 1 gelatin sheet  or 1 teaspoon of ground,
60 g butter
