Prošlo je već puno vremena od prvih, uspjelih macaronsa i sad je svaki put novi užitak i zadovoljstvo,
kako u pripremi i iščekivanju da se pojavi onaj čarobni prsten, tako degustiranju s prijateljicama, kojima se obavezno pohvalim! I dalje sam očarana ovim malim zavodnicima!


Snježni macaronsi / Snow white Macarons

Sastojci:
90 g bjelanjaka sobne temperature, 30 g kristal šećera, 110 g bijelih badema, 200 g šećera u prahu
Za ganache:
150 ml vrhnja, 220 g tamne čokolade, 25 g masla, 3-4 žlice likera po ukusu
* U vrelom vrhnju otopiti čokoladu, dodati maslac i liker. Ohladiti, staviti u dresir vrećicu i spajati kolačiće!

It's been a long time since the first, successful macarons and now every time a new pleasure and satisfaction,  in preparation and anticipation that gets that magical ring, and the degustation with friends! I'm still fascinated by this little temptress! 

Snow white Macarons

Ingredients:
90 g egg whites at room temperature, 30 grams of crystal sugar, 110 g of white almonds, 200g icing sugar
For the ganache:
150 ml cream, 220 g of dark chocolate, 25g butter, 3-4 tablespoons of liqueur to taste
* In the hot cream melt chocolate, add the butter and liquor. Cool down, put in a bag and connect cookies!
