Sastojci za tijesto:
100 ml vode, 100 ml mlijeka, 100 ml ulja, 160 g oštrog brašna, pola žličice soli i 3 veća jaja ili 4 manja
Za kremu:
1 l mlijeka, 5 žutanjaka, 140 - 150 g šećera, 120 g brašna, 2- 3 vanil šečera i 250 ml vrhnja za šlag 
Šećer u prahu za posipanje

Za savršene princeze treba dobro prepržiti tijesto ... u suprotnom se neće niti dignuti, napuhati!
Treba ih dobro ispeći i nikako ne otvarati pećnicu sve do kraja!
Produžite pečenje ako niste sigurni da su gotove! Bolje da potamne nego da se opuste kad izvadite!

For the cream:
1 liter of milk, 5 egg yolks, 140 - 150 g sugar, 120 g flour, 2 -3 vanilla sugar and  250 ml heavy cream
Powdered sugar for dusting

For the perfect princess needs a good fry dough ... or it will not even boot up, puff!
They should be well-bake and could not open the oven until the end!
Continue baking unless you are sure they are baked! Better to darken than to flatten when you take them out!
