Sastojci:
1 kg fileta pastrve, 1 - 2 crvena luka, 2-3 češnja češnjaka, vezica peršina, 1 dl dobrog bijelog vina, maslinovo ulje, 2-3 lista lovora, sol, papar, 1 žličica koncetrata rajčice, 1 žličica dimljene paprike i
1 žličica šećera ako je vino kiselkasto ostalo!
