Sastojci:
500- 600 g mini pilećeg filea, 150 - 200 g pancete u kriškama, vezica zelenog luka, mini rajčice
Za marinadu:
1 žlica meda, 1 žlica senfa, 4-5 listića svježe ili suhe kadulje, 1 chili papričica, tucana ili mljevena slatka paprika, sol, papar, 1 dl loza rakije, 1-1,5 dl maslinova ulja
