Sastojci za mesne okruglice:
300-400 g mljevene junetine, 1 luk, žličica dimljene paprike, sol, papar i brašno za uvaljati
Za umak:
200 - 300 g šampinjona, 1-2 češnja češnjaka, 1,5 dl bijelog vina, 1 žlica brašna (punija), 1 žlica maslaca,
2-3 dl juneće juhe ( ili voda s kockom za juhu), sol, papar, ulje, svježi bosiljak 5-6 listića
I još: široki rezanci - ISTARSKE LAZANJE, parmezan za posipanje

The ingredients for the meatballs:
300-400 g of ground beef, 1 onion, a teaspoon of smoked paprika, salt, pepper and flour to roll

1 tablespoon butter, 2-3 dl of beef broth (or water with bouillon cubes), salt, pepper, oil, fresh basil leaves 5-6
And more: noodles, Parmesan for sprinkling
