Brudet od bakalara sam prvi put kušala u moje drage nona Milke i ovo je njen način koji obožavam
i radim za posebne prigode i njoj u spomen!

Sastojci:
600-700 g skuhanog i očišćenog bakalara, 500 - 600 g očišćenog krumpira, 2 veća crvena luka,
2-3 češnja češnjaka, 1 vezica peršina, 2 dl bijelog vina, 2- 3 dl maslinova ulja, 5-6 pelati, 1 žlica meda,
sol i svježe mljeveni papar

Bakalar namakati 2-3 dana u vodi i mijenjati je 2 puta na dan!
Kuhati ga oko 60 min, očistiti od kosti i kože, a vodu (juhu) sačuvati za nastavak kuhanja !

Stew cod I first tasted in my beloved grandmother Milka and this is her way of cooking that I love

Ingredients:
600-700 g cooked and cleaned cod, 500-600 g of potato, 2 large onions,
2-3 cloves of garlic, 1 bunch of parsley, 2 dl white wine, 2- 3 dl olive oil, 5-6 tomatoes, 1 tablespoon honey, salt and freshly ground pepper

Cod soak 2-3 days in the water and change it 2 times per day! Cook it for about 60 minutes, clean the skin and bones, and water (soup) preserve for the continuation of cooking!
