Želim vam pokazati knedle koje obožavaju svi moji ukućani i prijatelji koji s nama dočekuju Novu godinu ili su s nama na novogodišnjem ručku! Svako drugo jelo je uvijek u drugom planu!

Sastojci:
800 - 900 g brašnastog bijelog krumpira, 250 - 300 g oštrog brašna, 1 jaje, 1 žlica masti i malo soli.
Za nadjev:
300 g mesnate pancete, 3 veća luka, 4-5 žlica krušnih mrvica, 1 vezica peršina, 5-6 žlica ulja ili veća žlica masti (suho ne smije biti).
I maslac za premazati.

I want to show you the dumplings that love all my family members and friends who are with us on New Year's eve or lunch! Every other dish was always in the background!
Enjoy with us ... in pictures until you try your own!

Ingredients:
800 - 900 g white potato, 250-300 g flour, 1 egg, 1 tablespoon of fat and the teaspoon of salt.
For the filling:
300 g meaty bacon, 3 onions, 4-5 tbsp breadcrumbs, 1 bunch of parsley, 5-6 tablespoon oil or tablespoon of fat (dry should not be).
And butter for coating.
