Višnje, čokolada i šlag, jesu sastojci ove torte, ali je oni ne čine onim poznatim klasikom

Sastojci:
Biskvit smo već napravili...izrezali!

Krema:
250 g maskarpone sira, 250 ml vrhnja za šlag (mliječno), 150-200 g šećera u prahu, 1 vrećica (20g) želatine u prahu, 350 g višanja iz rakije ili zaleđene prokuhati kratko u likeru od višanja, malo soka i likera za namakanje po potrebi
I još 200 ml šlaga za izvana, 150 g čokolade za kuhanje, 100 g badem listića i višnje za ukrasiti

Želatinu namočiti u vodi kako piše na uputi. Nabubrenu otopiti u nekoliko žlica vrele vode.
Istući vrhnje ali ne do kraja... Pjenasto miksati maskarpone i šećer u prahu... Slijediti video upute!

Cream:
250 g mascarpone cheese, 250 ml heavy cream, 150-200 g of powdered sugar, 1 bag (20 g) of gelatin powder, 350 g of cherry brandy or frozen boiled briefly in cherry liqueur, a little juice and liqueur to optionally soaking
And 200 ml of whipped cream for decoration, 150 g of dark chocolate, 100g almond leaves and cherrys

Gelatin soak in water as indicated in the instructions. Swollen gelatine dissolve in a few tablespoons of hot water.
Beat cream but not until the end ... foamy mix mascarpone and icing sugar ... Follow the video instructions!
