Znam da ovako fine komade mesa od divljači mogu imati i u njima uživati samo lovci i poneki sretnik koji ima prijatelja lovca, kao ja! Ovu godinu sam zaista uživala spremati ovu mladu srnetinu, ali i još neke delicije,
jer sam dobila i komad divlje svinje, ali o tom u sljedećim objavama!

Ne znam točno koliko je mesa bilo, ali od kilograma nije bilo manje !
Narezala sam na veće komade, posolila i prelila marinadom od dobrog crnog vina razrjeđena s vodom u omjeru
3 : 1 u korist vina! Dodala 1 dl vinske kvasine, 3-4 luka, 5-6 češnjeva češnjaka, 3-4 lista lovora,
grančicu ružmarina, 10 zrna papra, 3-4 bobice kleke (smrvljene malo), 1-2 klinčića. Prelila meso i ostavila 2 dana!
Ocijedila, posušila papirom i zapekla... Dodala svo povrće iz marinade i pirjala dolijevajući po malo juhe...

Količine odrediti u odnosu na količinu mesa koje imate!

Such fine pieces of venison can have and enjoy in them only the hunters and occasionaly  lucky enough to have a friend the hunter, like me! This year I really enjoyed  cooking this young venison, but also some other delicacies, because I got a piece of wild boar, but about this recipe in the following posts!

Preparation:

I do not know exactly how the quantity of meat was, about kilos no less!
I cut into large pieces, salted and spilled marinade of good red wine diluted with water in a ratio
3: 1 in favor of wine! I added 1 dl wine vinegar, 3-4 onions, 5-6 cloves of garlic, 3-4 bay leaves,
rosemary, 10 peppercorns, 3-4 juniper berries (crushed slightly), 1-2 cloves. Spilled over the meat and left two days!
I wrung meat, dry with paper and fried on all sides ... I added all the vegetables from the marinade and stewed by adding some little soup ...
