Ponekad, u želji da ugodim svima i napravim dobro i ukusno jelo, odlutam daleko od prvotne zamisli i nastane ona slatka panika... E takve situacije najviše volim, jer one izvuku iz mene ono što nikad napravila ne bih....
Jelo je pred vama, pomalo kaotično, ali jako ukusno i dobro funkcionira ... Jel se tako i vama čini ?

Sastojci:
3-4 ili više okruglih tikvica, češnjak, maslinovo ulje, oko 300 g mljevenog mesa, luk, 1 jaje, 2 kriške kruha, crvena paprika svježa i u prahu, makaroni, maslac, mlijeko, muškatni oraščić, dimljeni sir ili neki drugi ali topivi obavezno i što više to je bolje...

Tikvice prerezati na pola, izdubiti srednji dio... Posoliti, nauljiti maslinovim uljem i s češnjakom peći oko 30 min na 200°C.
Za ćufte popržiti usitnjeni luk pomiješati s mljevenim mesom, namočenim kruhom, jajem, solju, paprom, češnjakom i paprikom u prahu. Oblikovati male kuglice, povaljati u brašno i pržiti dok ne dobiju lijepu boju.
Za bešamel sitno - sitno narezati jedan manji luk, popržiti na maslu... Dodati brašno i kad požuti uliti hladno mlijeko. Brzo miješati pjenjačom i kad se zgusne maknuti i dodati naribani sir - 100 g najmanje ! Posoliti, popapriti i dodati muškatni oraščić. Makaroni su skuhani na 70 % i sad samo sve složiti kako se vidi u video slikama... Zapeći kratko i.... U slast vam!
