Danas sam uspjela iznenaditi sebe i usrećiti bar jednu osobu i sve ovim, naizgled jednostavnim pecivom!
Nešto slično je kao mala voljela moja kćer i znam da se zvao DANAC !
I znala sam da ih se često sjeti i potajno priželjkuje da ih napravim! Konačno sam se odlučila i odradila taj slatki dug ! I samo da još jednom ponovim - Toliko je dobro da vam opisati ne mogu!

Cimet ružice

Sastojci:
400 g brašna, 2 dl mlijeka, 4 -5 žlica šećera, 5-6 žlica ulja, 1 vrećica kvasca ili pola kocke svježeg, malo soli
Za premazivanje:
100 g maslaca, 4 - 5 žlica smeđeg šećera, 1- 2 žličice cimeta
Za preljev:
2 -3 dl mlijeka, 2 žlice šećera, 1 šećer vanilija

Prosijati brašno i dodati šećer, ulje, sol i kvasac... sol tako da se ne dodiruje s kvascem... Ako je svježi kvasac onda ga prethodno razmutiti s toplim mlijekom i žlicom šećera i brašna.
Kad udvostruči količinu dodati ga u brašno... Umijesiti mekano i glatko tijesto ... Na kraju nauljenim rukama oblikovati kuglu i ostaviti dizati pola sata. Razvaljati na pek papiru ( pobrašniti ga) oko 4-5 mm debelo.
U manjoj posudi vilicom dobro izraditi maslac sobne temperature i njime premazati tijesto. Pomiješati smeđi šećer i cimet i posuti preko maslaca. Svinuti u rolat pomažući se papirom na kojem je razvučen.
Ne stezati previše ! Rezati na kriške debljine 2 - 2, 5 cm i slagati ih na lim s papirom za pečenje.
Peći 15 - ak min na 200°C - da ne potamne previše! Ili na 180°C ako je jača pećnica!
Pečene odmah preliti mlijekom ... Mlijeko se prokuha sa šećerom i vanil šećerom i ohladi ! Hladnim preliti vruće ružice! Guštat će te, znam!
