Naravno da se kao i svaka žena veselim onim tipično ženskim darovima. I naravno da mi takve daruju muž, djeca ...obitelj! A želite li znati šta mi daruju prijatelji, oni koji me dobro znaju i koji me žele usrećiti?
Reći ću vam samo da je ovo jelo jedan takav dar i da ću ga još dugo pamtiti... i moje nepce također! 
Uz ovaj predivan komad mlade, divlje svinje bilo je i svo potrebno bilje, začini, povrće, pa čak i recept s kratkim uputama! Ništa nisam mijenjala, osim što sam dodala nekoliko doza ljubavi više nego inače!

Sastojci: 
Komad mesa od prsiju mlade divlje svinje, može i domaći uzgoj, ako nemate divlju, luk, češnjak, mrkva, krumpir, mini rajčice, korijen peršina, sol, ulje i krumpir
Za marinadu:
sol, papar, mljevena crvena paprika, malo chilija, senf, ulje, češnjak i ružmarin.

Meso očistiti od svih žilica i potpuno skinuti masnoću. Sastojke za marinadu izmiješati u omjeru koji sami 
želite, ali da ima dovoljno za dobro premazati meso. Tako premazano pokriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti u hladnjak preko noći. Ovdje se radi o mladoj svinji i nije potrebna neka jača marinada!
Pripremiti lim za pečenje, nauljiti i staviti meso s krupnije narezanim lukom i korijenastim povrćem. Uliti 1 dl vode i staviti peći u zagrijanu pećnicu na 220°C. Nakon pola sata meso okrenuti, dodati krumpir, posoljen i nauljen...
Peći dok ne omeša i krumpir bude pečen. Po potrebi nekoliko puta zaliti s po 1 dl vode ili juhe... Pred kraj dodati i mini rajčice ili gljive, ako više volite, a može i oboje!
Mekano i pečeno meso izvaditi, omotati alufolijom, a krumpir podignuti na najvišu razinu da se zapeče i dobije boju... ako tako volite! Narezati meso ma manje komade i svako rebarce posebno...
Kako izgleda vidite, ali kako je dobro, sočno i ukusno morate mi vjerovati... to ni ja nisam očekivala!

Want to know what gifts bring my friends to me , those who know me well and that  want to make me happy ? I'll tell you only that this dish is one such gift that I 'll remember for a long time ... and my taste buds too ! This beautiful piece of young , wild boar , there were all the necessary herbs , spices , vegetables , and even recipe with short notice ! I have not changed nothing, except that I added a few doses of love more than usual !

Ingredients :
A piece of meat from the breast young wild boars , can even ordinary pork , if you do not have a wild , onion, garlic , carrots , potatoes , cherry tomatoes , parsley root , salt , oil and potatoes
For the marinade :
salt , pepper , ground red pepper , a little chili , mustard , oil , garlic and rosemary .

Meat cleaned of all vessels and completely remove the fat . The ingredients for the marinade mix in proportion like you want , but so that there is enough to coat the meat well . Thus coated cover with plastic wrap and leave in refrigerator overnight . This is about a young wild boar and is not necessary to have a strong marinade !
Prepare a baking pan , oiled and put the meat with coarse chopped onions and root vegetables . Pour 1 ml of water and place in a preheated oven at 220 ° C . After half an hour turn the meat , add potatoes , salted and oiled ... Bake until they soft and potatoes being baked . If necessary, pour a few times with 1 ml of water or broth ... At the end add the cherry tomatoes or mushrooms , if you prefer , and can do both!
Soft and roasted meat extract , wrap with aluminum foil and potatoes raised to the highest level to brown and get color ... if you like ! Slice the meat into small pieces and each rib special ... How does it look  you  see , but that 's good , juicy and tasty you must believe me ... that I did not expect !
