Sastojci: Za beze dio:
6 bjelanjaka, 180 g šećera u prahu, 1-2 žlice octa ili soka limuna
Za žuti dio:
2 cijela jaja, 3 žutanjka, 60 g šećera, 1 šećer vanilija, 1/2 vrećice praška za pecivo, 60 g brašna
I još:

Priprema:
Postupak pripreme pogledajte u našem video receptu...

Veći lim ( 35 x 45 cm ) prekriti papirom za pečenje. Odvojiti bjelanjke i žutanjke. Bjelanjke istući u čvrst snijeg dodajući ocat ili sok limuna. Špatulom umiješati šećer u prahu. Smjesu rasporediti u dva reda s razmakom od
5 - 6 cm.

Cardinal cake

Cardinal cake

If there is a cake that frightened and afraid me, then this is it ... I excuse myself and comforted with lack of information and some ambiguities in the recipe that I had . And now , when there is,  the beautiful and unreal , and yet so simple and modest ... all you see and know... And what it looks like do not ask me tomorrow!
Neither piece was left !

Ingredients :
Flee crust :
6 egg whites , 180 g of powdered sugar , 1-2 tablespoons of vinegar or lemon juice
For the yellow part :
2 eggs , 3 egg yolks , 60 g sugar , 1 vanilla sugar , 1/2 bag of baking powder , 60 g flour
And yet :
5-6 tablespoons cherry jam , 400 ml heavy cream , powdered sugar for sprinkling

Preparation:
The process of preparing look at our video recipe ...

The larger sheet ( 35 x 45 cm ) covered with baking paper . Separate the egg whites and yolks . Egg whites beat until stiff , adding vinegar or lemon juice . With a spatula mix powdered sugar . The mixture placed in two rows apart 5 - 6 cm . Do it with a spoon like me or put in a bag with a large opening so squeeze in two rows . Yolks and eggs mix  with sugar and vanilla sugar to become light yellow and thick ...
With a spatula or whisk mix flour sifted with baking powder . The yellow mixture was placed in the same way as the egg white . So to fill the space between the whites and the walls of the baking pan , but that does not touch the wall ... Just leave 1-2 cm free ! Bake for about 40 minutes at 160 ° C , depending on the oven! It should not darken ! Cut in half .
The first part put on a plate and spread half a jam right across the junction of yellow and white part . Over going cream , which must be previously beaten . On the beaten whipped cream , from the opposite side deploy the rest of the jam . Place over the second part of biscuit ,  the opposite to the bottom - so it is a yellow on white part , and white on yellow ...
It just seems confusing, but it is so easy when the picture is in front of you ... Gently press with your hands, sprinkle with powdered sugar ...
And if you can not wait to cool a little  feel free to dig in ... Enjoy!
