Da je najbolji grah onaj vojnički odavno se zna i o njemu se još uvijek priča ozarenog lica i osmijehom zadovoljstva na njemu... I teško je bilo vratiti ili darovati mužu taj doživljaj...
Nije vojnički, ali jest gurmanski !

Sastojci:
500 g graha, svinjska koljenica, panceta, rebarca, lisići lovora, svježe mljeveni papar, tjestenina i sol
Za umak: 
1 crveni luk, 2 mrkve srednje veličine, 5-6 češnjeva češnjaka, 1 svježa paprika, ako nema onda 1 žlica ajvara, grančica peršina, 1 krumpir, sol, papar, ulje

Na ulju popržiti narezani luk, dodati papriku. Kad zamiriše i mrkvu... pirjati dodajući po malo vode sve dok mrkva ne omekša. Dodati svo navedeno povrće i kad je skoro kuhano posoliti, popapriti i dodati pire od rajčice.
Samljeti štapnim mikserom.
Dobro isprati meso, prokuhati i narezati na manje komade... Grah namakati preko noći (dan prije). 
Sve skupa staviti u veći i dublji lonac, uliti vode i dodati umak... Kuhati poklopljeno na srednje jakoj vatri dok grah ne omekša... Pred kraj dodati sitno sjeckani 1-2 češnja češnjaka koja popržiti na malo ulja - samo da zamiriše! Češnjak ne smije izgoriti jer onda ima ružan okus!
Tjesteninu skuhati posebno i umiješati je neposredno prije jela !

The best beans are the military beans . It has long been known ... About that beans are still talking with smiling face and a smile of satisfaction on it ... And it was hard to give my husband that experience ... It is not military , but it is gourmet !

Ingredients : 
500 g of beans , dried pork knuckle, bacon , ribs , laurel  leaves , pepper , pasta and salt 
For the sauce : 
1 onion , 2 carrots, medium- sized , 5-6 cloves of garlic , 1 fresh red pepper, if you do not have then 1 tablespoon of chutney , a sprig of parsley , 1 potato , salt , pepper , oil 

Preparation:

On oil, fry chopped onions , add pepper . Add carrots and simmer ... adding a little water until the carrots are tender. Add all the vegetables listed and when almost cooked add salt, pepper and add the tomato puree . Grind blender . Rinse the meat , boil and cut into smaller pieces ... Beans soak overnight ( the day before ) .All together put in a larger pot , pour water and add the sauce ... Cook covered over medium heat until beans are tender ... At the end add finely chopped 1-2 garlic cloves that fry in a little oil - just to smell it ! Garlic should not burn because it has a bad taste ! Cook the pasta separately and mix it just before serving !
