Zaista se veselim danu kad ostanem sama i kuham sebi ono što želim... A zaželim nešto fino, jednostavno i ne previše zahtjevno. Nikako ne želim provesti više vremena u kuhinji, nego s prijateljicom na kavi...Tako sam se danas počastila ovim vegetarijanskim burgerima i žao mi je što ovi moji nisu voljni niti probati ovako nešto...
Ja sam uživala!

Sastojci: 
1 komad brokule ( 400 g ), 2-3 krumpira, 2 mrkve, 2 žlice brašna, 100 - 150 g goude ili ementalera, 
2 žlice ribanog parmezana, pola vezice peršina, sol, 1 jaje, ulje za prženje i još malo brašna za uvaljati.

Krumpir skuhati u kori, oguliti i protisnuti kroz pasirku ili ga izraditi gnječilicom. Brokulu razdvojiti na cvjetove, korjenje sačuvati i oguliti vanjsku koricu. Skuhati skupa s mrkvom ali na pola... Kuhati u slanoj vodi! 
Blanširati i cvjetove brokule. Ocijediti i usitniti nožem na dasci. Sir naribati i sve sastojke izmješati u jednoličnu smjesu, ne pritiskajući previše. Pobrašnjenim rukama oblikovati loptice kao veće jaje i svaku dlanovima formirati u burger... Pržiti u dobro zagrijanoj tavi s neprijanjajućim dnom po nekoliko min sa svake strane, na srednje jakoj vatri. Oprezno ih okrenuti jer su jako mekane dok su vruće. Vaditi na upijajući papir.
I kako sam rekla, jako su ukusne i sočne, ali još bolje idu s umakom od jogurta i češnjaka...

I really look forward to the day when I stay alone in the house and I cook myself what I want to ... feel like something good, simple and not too demanding. I would never want to spend more time in the kitchen, but with a friend for coffee ... So I was today honored the veggie burger and I'm sorry, these my folks are not willing to even try something like this ... I have enjoyed!

Ingredients: 
1 piece of broccoli (400 g), 2-3 potatoes, 2 carrots, 2 tablespoons flour, 100 - 150 g Gouda or Emmentaler cheese,  2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese, half a bunch of parsley, salt, 1 egg, cooking oil and a little flour to roll.

Cook potatoes with the peel, peel and crushed through extractors or blenders. Broccoli separated into flowers, roots preserve and peel the outer crust. Cook together with carrot ... Boil in salted water!
Blanch the broccoli flowers. Drain and chop with a knife on a board. Cheese grate and mix all ingredients in a uniform mixture, without pushing too much. With floured hands form balls as large egg and each with palms form the burger ... Fry in a well-heated pan for a few minutes on each side over medium heat. Carefully turn them because they are very soft while hot. Rehearsing on absorbent paper. 
And as I said, they are very tasty, but better still go with yogurt sauce and garlic ...
