Danas smo imali dan bez mesa i zanimljivo nije bilo gunđanja! A kako bi i moglo nakon ovako dobre porcije zapečenih školjkica s nadjevom od kozijeg sira i kraljice ljeta - tikvice!

Sastojci: 

Tikvice, velike školjke - tjestenina, svježi sir, po mogućnosti koziji, 1-2 češnja pečenog češnjaka, sol, peršin, maslac .
Ja uvijek imam pečeni češnjak u ulju... Kad nešto pečem, glavicu češnjaka omotam folijom i stavim na 20 min u pećnicu...tako mi se nađe kad trebam za ovako nešto!

Za preljev: 
kiselo vrhnje, ribani parmezan, mlijeko, 1-2 jaja, sol...
Količine odrediti po potrebi, a mogući višak nadjeva rasporediti između školjkica.

Priprema:

Naribati tikvice , posoliti i ostaviti. Nakon desetak min ocijediti svu tekućinu ...Usitniti peršin, češnjak. 
Pomiješati sve sastojke i posoliti. Tjesteninu prokuhati u kipućoj vodi do 70%, izvaditi na platneni ubrus, ocijediti...
Posudu za pečenje premazati maslacem. Školjke napuniti nadjevom i slagati jednu do druge...Ako preostane nadjeva staviti između. Od jednake količine vrhnja i mlijeka napraviti preljev. Dodati 1-2 jaja i obilato parmezana...
Preliti školjkice...Ja volim nakapati otopljenim maslacem ili rasporediti po vrhu nekoliko pahuljica od maslaca... komadića malih! Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici do željene boje... Otprilike 25-30 min na 220°C. Ovisno o pećnici !

Ingredients :
