Prije nekoliko tjedana sam dobila nekoliko grančica mente. Zasadila sam je u pitar i ostavila na prozor...
Danas sam sve te mirisne i zelene listove pretočila u ovaj prekrasan sirup. Samo nekoliko žličica učinit će moje torte i kolače od sira još ukusnijim !

Oplemenit će i svaku drugu ljetnu slasticu, a nekoliko kapi na vašem sladoledu ili voćnoj salati bit će istinsko osvježenje i neopisiv doživljaj! Priuštite ga!

Sastojci: 
3-4 šake svježe ubranih listova mente, 10 žlica vode, 10-12 žlica šećera, malo punijih...

Listove mente staviti u prokuhalu vodu i kuhati oko 1 min. Ocijediti i odmah staviti u ledenu vodu, kako bi se naglo ohladila i zadržala lijepu boju.
U dubljoj i užoj posudi kuhati vodu i šećer sve dok ne postane gust i proziran sirup. Ja kuham sve dok mi sa žlice ne pada u niti... Znači dok kapa nije dobro ... mora se slijevati u niti...
Tada maknuti i ostaviti da se neko vrijeme hladi... U toplo dodati listove mente i samljeti mikserom! 
Što je jači sirup će biti bolji i zeleniji.
Procijediti kroz gusto cijedilo ili gazicu. Spremiti u malu staklenku i čuvati u hladnjaku...

A few weeks ago I received a few sprigs of mint . I planted it in a pot and put it on the window ... Today I have all these fragrant and green leaves poured into this beautiful syrup . Just a few teaspoons will make my cake and cheesecake even tastier !

Ingredients : 
3-4 fists freshly picked mint leaves, 10 tablespoon water , 10-12 tablespoon of sugar , a little fuller ...
Preparation:

Mint leaves  put in boiling water and cook for about 1 minute . Drain and immediately place in ice water to cool rapidly and maintained a nice color . In deeper and narrower vessel boil water and sugar until it becomes thick and translucent syrup . I cook as long as do not fall with the spoons in either ... If goes as drops is not good ... must trickle in even ... Then remove and allow to cool for a while ... In the warm add the mint leaves and grind blender ! The stronger the syrup will be a better and greener . Strain through a dense dripping or fine strainer . Save in a small jar and keep in the refrigerator ...
