Dolaze vam prijatelji na ručak i to baš oni koji vole mala iznenađenja! 
Mislim da će ih ovako nešto oboriti s nogu...

Sastojci:
Pakiranje pancete u kriškama ili najtanje narezana panceta, zelene mahune, 10- ak listića svježeg bosiljka, 
2-3 lista mente, 1-2 češnja češnjaka, 1-2 žličice soka limuna, maslinovo ulje, sol i papar po ukusu

Priprema:
Mahune kuhati 5-6 min u posoljenoj vodi. Ne smiju omekšati... Izvaditi ih i odmah staviti u posudu s hladnom vodom. Tako će zadržati lijepu boju!
Usitniti bosiljak, mentu i češnjak ... Izmiješati s malo maslinova ulja, soka limuna i papra po ukusu...
U toj mješavini marinirati dobro ocijeđene i posušene mahune ...15-ak min najmanje!
Omotati svaku mahunu u krišku slanine, kako se vidi na slici...

Pržiti, zapravo peći u dobro zagrijanoj tavi bez masnoće... Ili na roštilj tavi ! Peći sa svih strana do željene boje i dok ne postane hrskavo... Nikako da se prepeče i potamni!
