Torta je po želji ljubitelja snikers čokoladica... Moćna je i opasno dobra! 
Imajte to na umu kad budete rezali! Neka kriške budu najtanje moguće !


Snickers torta

Sastojci: 
Biskvit: 
10 bjelanjaka, 300 g šećera, 100 g mljevenog kikirikija ( kupiti u ljusci ), 100 g prepečenih lješnjaka, 
50 g brašna, 2 žlice kakaa, 1 prašak za pecivo, 1 dl ulja
Za kremu:
10 žutanjaka, 100 g čokolade s većim udjelom kakaa, 10 žlica šećera u prahu, 200 g maslaca, 200 g krupnije sjeckanog kikirikija, 50 g preprženih i samljevenih lješnjaka.

Glazura: 
150 g mliječne čokolade (ili za kuhanje ), 30 ml vode, 100 g maslaca, 1 žlica ulja, 50 g kikirikija za ukras

Odvojiti bjelanjke i žumanjke. Bjelanjke istući u čvrst snijeg, dodati postupno šećer i miksati dok ne postane jako čvrsto i sjajno. Dodati prosijano brašno s kakaom i praškom za pecivo, lješnjake i kikiriki... Umiješati ulje...
Izliti u oblik s pek papirom promjera 28 cm... Peći 25-30 min na 180°C, ovisno o pećnici i neki minut više...
Probati čačkalicom!
Krema: 
Pjenasto istući žutanjke i šećer u prahu i tek tada staviti na paru... Kuhati 8-10 min i dodati čokoladu...
Miješati na pari dok se ne otopi i maknuti s vatre... Ohladiti!
Pjenasto izmiješati maslac sobne temperature i dodati žlicu po žlicu ohlađenu kremu, stalno miksajući.
Umiješati kikiriki i lješnjake! Lješnjaci se mogu zamijeniti s 1-2 male snikers čokoladice!
Kremu rasporediti preko biskvita. Karamel preliti preko kreme i to ne do ruba da se ne razlije... mora biti prilično gust!
Za glazuru prokuhati vodu i maslac. Maknuti s vatre i dodati čokoladu, miješati dok se ne otopi i dodati ulje. Potpuno hladno preliti preko karamela...Ukrasiti krupno rezanim kikirikijem...ili po ukusu!

Glaze: 150 g of milk chocolate , 30 ml of water , 100 g butter , 1 tablespoon oil , 50 grams of peanuts for garnish
Preparation:

Add oil ... Pour into the baking form with baking paper of 28 cm diameter ... Bake 25-30 minutes at 180 ° C , depending on the oven and some minutes more ... Try with a toothpick !
