Kako da vam riža bude savršen prilog i da uživate u svakom zalogaju? 
Ovo je naš današnji ručak s tako dobrom rižom od koje ni zrno nije ostalo na tanjurima...

Sastojci:
300 g riže, 50 g maslaca, 1 glavica crvenog luka, 0,5 l juhe - pileće ili povrtne, ulje ,sol , papar.

Na 2-3 žlice ulja popržiti sitno ... sitno narezan luk. Kad povene i zažuti dodati rižu. 
Kratko popržiti i uliti vruću juhu. Posoliti, popapriti po ukusu i staviti u zagrijanu pećnicu . Peći 15 - 20 min na 220°C . 
Za to vrijeme riža je popila svu tekućinu. Izvaditi, dodati maslac i umiješati ga s 2 vilice. Svako zrno riže je posebno i pahuljasto!

Nauljiti šalicu ili neku malu formu, ispuniti je rižom, lagano zbiti i okrenuti na tanjur... naravno ako želite servirati na taj način! Uslast !!!
