Kako od piletine i nekoliko osnovnih sastojaka do finog i ukusnog jela u kojem će uživati sva vaša osjetila? 
Ako još imate sreće kao ja, dobiti pile iz prirodnog uzgoja, začini i razni dodaci neka ostanu daleko, jer je grijeh pokriti taj predivan okus - prirodnog!

Sastojci: 
2 pileća batka, 1, 5 dl prošeka ili bijelog vina, 2-3 lista kadulje, sol, papar, žlica maslaca, ulje i što je najvažnije, 500 ml dobrog pilećeg temeljca - juhe!

Meso narezati na malo veće komade. Pržiti u dobro zagrijanoj tavi na nekoliko žlica ulja. Neka porumeni sa svih strana. Posoliti, popapriti i zaliti prošekom ...vinom!
Kad vino potpuno ispari dodati kadulju i zaliti s 1-2 dl temeljca. Kad iskuha ponoviti dodavanje... Dodavati i iskuhavati sve dok se ne potroši cijeli temeljac i meso omekša...
Umak postaje sve gušći i tamniji...
Umiješati maslac na kraju i kad se otopi maknuti s vatre. Umak je postao satenast, pjenast i sjajan...

Chicken in a natural sauce

How with chicken and a few basic ingredients get a fine and tasty dishes in which  enjoy all your senses ?
If you 're lucky like me, you get the chicken from the natural breeding , spices and various accessories may stay away , because sin is covere the wonderful flavor - natural !

Ingredients : 
2 chicken drumsticks , 1 , 5 dl sherry or white wine , 2-3 leaves of sage , salt , pepper , a tablespoon of butter , oil and most importantly , 500 ml of a good chicken broth - soup !

The meat cut into little chips. Fry in a well-heated pan on a few tablespoons of oil . It should be golden brown on all sides . Add salt , pepper and pour prosecco ... wine ! When the wine  evaporate completely add sage and watered with 1-2 dl of soup . When the soup boils add it again... Add and boil until it consumed the entire foundation and the meat is tender ...
The sauce becomes denser and darker ... Stir butter in the end and when the dissolved remove from heat . The sauce became satin , foamy and great ...
