Kako uz pomoć pećnice do savršenog umaka koji podsjeća na slavnu pašticadu? 
Ne samo da podsjeća nego je jednako ukusan, a priprema vrlo jednostavna!

Sastojci:
600 - 700 g junetine od plećke, 400 g crvenog luka, 2 mrkve, korijen peršina, 1 ljuta papričica ili samo komadić, 2-3 lista lovora, 2-3 češnja češnjaka, 2-3 dl crnog vina ili koliko treba, 1 žlica crvene slatke paprike, sol, papar, ulje i 3 lista kadulje...

Priprema: 

Meso narezati na komade debljine oko 1,5 -2 cm. Popržiti s obje strane na dobro ugrijanoj tavi ili posudi koja može u pećnicu. Mesu dodati krupnije narezan luk i pržiti dok ne posmeđi... dodati mrkvu na kolutiće, peršin komadiće, češnjak, lovor i sve skupa pržiti da zamiriše ... Dodati papriku i uliti vina da skoro pokrije meso...

Posoliti, popapriti i pokriti folijom. Peći u pećnici na 200°C oko sat vremena ili dok svo vino ne ispari...Ako meso nije dovoljno mekano dodati malo tople vode i vratiti još u pećnicu.
Povrće samljeti štapnim mikserom. Uliti vode ili juhe koliko treba da se dobije gusti umak. Prokuhati s listićima kadulje i dodati soli i papra po ukusu...

Ingredients :

Preparation:

Meat add a bigger cut onion and fry until browned ... add carrots into slices , parsley pieces , garlic , bay leaves and fry everything together to smell ... Add pepper and pour wine to almost cover the meat ...

Add salt , pepper and cover with foil . Bake in oven at 200 ° C for about one hour or until all the wine has evaporated ... If meat is not soft enough  add a little hot water and go back in the oven .Vegetables grind blender . Pour water or broth as needed to obtain a thick sauce . Boil with sage leaves and add salt and pepper to taste ...
