Ovim malim čupavcem je započela moja kulinarska avantura, kao i većine vas, u to sam sigurna.
Avantura je odavno pomakla granice i postala, ne samo ljubav, nego i strast. A onaj mali gnjecavac s početka sad je već fino skockana poslastica, kojoj se vesele moja obitelj i prijatelji. Želim da razveseli i vas!


Čupavac

Sastojci:
4 jaja, 200 g šećera, 1,5 - 2 dl mlijeka, 1,5 dl ulja, 300 g brašna, 1 vanil šećer, 1 prašak za pecivo.

Za kremu: 
250 g maslaca, 250 ml mlijeka, 100 g šećera, 100 g čokolade, 2 žlice kakaa, 2 žličice ruma
Kokos i mljeveni orasi za posipanje

Priprema: 
Odvojiti žutanjke i bjelanjke. Bjelanjke istući u čvrst snijeg i postupno dodati pola količine šećera.
Posebno žutanjke, preostali šećer i vanil šećer. Dodati brašno prosijano s praškom, mlijeko i ulje. Na kraju i snijeg od bjelanjaka umiješati ručno.
Izliti u lim za pečenje 36 x 26 cm otprilike, pokriven pek papirom. Peći na 170°C oko 25 - 30 min. Probati čačkalicom!

Hladan narezati na kocke jednake veličine.
Za kremu otopiti maslac. U vreli dodati čokoladu, šećer i kakao prah. Uliti mlijeko i miješati dok ne postane jednolično. Dodati i 2 žličice ruma .
Kocke biskvita umočiti u kremu, slagati na mrežastu podlogu da se malo ocijede i upiju. Uvaljati ih u kokosovo brašno ili orahe ...

Ingredients :
4 eggs , 200 g sugar , 1.5 to 2 dl milk , 1,5 dl oil , 300 g flour , 1 vanilla sugar , 1 baking powder .

250 g butter , 250 ml milk , 100 g sugar , 100 g of chocolate , 2 tablespoons cocoa , 2 tablespoons rum Coconut and ground walnuts for sprinkling
