Sastojci: 
500 g brašna, 200 - 250 ml mlijeka, 1 jaje, 20 g svježeg kvasca, 1 žličica soli, 150 g rastopljenog maslaca, 500 g svježeg sira, 1 žlica šećera
Za premazivanje: 
1 žutanjak, 2 žlice mlijeka i 1 žlica ulja.

Priprema: 
Ugrijati mlijeko, ne previše! Umiješati šećer,malo brašno i kvasac. Dizati na toplom do dvostruke veličine.
Prosijati brašno, dodati kvasac, jaje i sol. Umijesiti tijesto da ne bude pretvrdo. Mijesiti toliko dok se ne odvaja od ruku i stijenki posude i ne ostavlja trag.
Pokriti prozirnom folijom i ostaviti na toplo da se udvostruči.
Nauljiti ruke i podijeliti tijesto na 22 - 24 kuglice. Svaku nauljiti i složiti u nauljenu posudu. 
Jednu po jednu valjati na pobrašnjenoj dasci u krug promjera 30-ak cm...i što je moguće tanje.
Valjati valjkom od središta kruga prema rubu i tako u krug mičući valjak po malo u istom smjeru...Tako će se oblikovati lijepa i pravilna forma.
Otopiti maslac i svaku koru premazati maslacem. Rasporediti sir koji se samo posoli. Prekriti drugim tijestom, koje opet premazati maslacem ... Slagati tako redom dok se ne potroše sve kore...

Premazati maslacem, pokriti folijom i dizati dok se opet duplo ne uveća. Izrezati na kriške oštrim nožem i staviti u hladnu pećnicu na 160°C.
Peći 40- ak min ... Premazati jajem pomiješanim s malo mlijeka i ulja. Peći još 5-10 min na jačoj vatri ...samo da porumeni i zasjaji!

Ingredients :
