Savršen sklad lješnjaka, čokolade i naranče... Počastite se već ovaj Božić!

Sastojci: 
230 g glatkog brašna, 1 žličica praška za pecivo, 50 g prepečenih i mljevenih lješnjaka, 2 žlice kakaa, 88 g šećera, 1 vanil šećer, naribana korica naranče, 1 veće jaje, 130 g maslaca.
Za nadjev:
250 g čokolade za kuhanje, 300 ml vrhnja za šlag, 1 žličica naribane kore naranče.
Za ukrasiti: 
100 g bijele čokolade
100 g tamne čoklade

Za nadjev prokuhati vrhnje. Maknuti s vatre i umiješati narančinu koricu i narezanu čokoladu. Miješati dok se otopi i postane potpuno glatka i sjajna masa. Ostaviti da se hladi najmanje 3 sata.
Za tijesto prepeći lješnjake u tavici, očistiti od opne i samljeti kad se ohlade. Prosijati brašno, utrljati maslac, dodati kakao i jaje, šećer i vanil šećer, koricu naranče. 
Umijesiti tijesto. Ako je suho i rasipa se dodati žlicu - dvije mlijeka. Omotati prozirnom folijom i na pola sata staviti u hladnjak.
Razvaljati na pobrašnjenoj podlozi 3 mm debelo i vaditi oblike oko 4 cm promjera. 
Slagati na peka papirom obložen lim. Peći 8 - 10 min u zagrijanoj pećnici na 170 - 180°C , ovisno o pećnici! Neka se na limu ohlade i onda ih vaditi jer su mekani kad su topli!
Kremu staviti u vrećicu za ukrašavanje i na pola kolutića istisnuti po malo nadjeva ... spojiti kekse!
U vrećice, mogu i obične za zamrzivač, staviti izlomljenu bijelu i tamnu čokoladu, zavezati ih. Prokuhati vodu i maknuti s vatre pa u nju staviti vrećice s čokoladom... kad se otopi izvaditi, zarezati mali otvor na vrhu i šarati kekse...
