Bijela kraljevska glazura - ROYAL ICING

Na 1 bjelanjak ide otprilike 200 - 300 g šećera u prahu... Umuti se bjelanjak ručnom pjenjačom samo da se razbije i počinje se dodavati prah šećer i to kroz sito, malo po malo, miješajući da se sve sjedini. 
Tako dodavati dok smjesa ne postane tako gusta da se s njom mogu ispisivati crte, da se ne razlijeva.
Iz vrećice s najmanjim otvorom učiniti rub - konture! 
Popuniti sve između kontura istiskujući glazuru u cik - cak pokretima sve do rubova - konture! Ako ostane praznina poravnati glazuru čačkalicom. 
Podignuti kolačić na visinu 3 - 4cm i pustiti ga da padne ... ponoviti 2 puta i fino će se razliti. Ostaviti preko noći da se osuši i stvrdne. 
Perlice i slično staviti na vlažnu kako bi se spojilo sušenjem.
Na potpuno suhu glazuru nanositi glazure druge boje i ukrašavati, a malo više o tom u sljedećoj objavi...

White royal icing - ROYAL ICING
