Kvorum ražnjići / Chicken kabobs





Zanimljivo, kako se i nakon toliko godina iskustva dogodi da ne znate što biste za ručak. Kupim danas pileća prsa... ali sve nešto odgađam... hoću - neću! Ma šta je loše u pohancima?! Ništa...Narežem filet na odreske...previše tanko, skoro prozirno! Užas...panika... Ali budi se ono nešto što imaš u sebi ili godine iskustva donesu...Ovo su trebali biti pohanci...A sad imam predivno jelo na koje sam ponosna i u kojem smo svi uživali!

Interestingly , that even after so many years of experience happens that you do not know what to cook for lunch . I bought today chicken breasts ... but putting it off ... I will - I will not ! Oh, what's wrong with fried chicken ?! Nothing ... cut fillet steaks on ... too thin , almost transparent ! The horror ... panic ... But wake up something that you have in yourself or bring years of experience ... These are supposed to be fried chicken ... And now I have a wonderful meal at which I am proud and in which we all enjoyed !

Sastojci:
1 pileća prsa, 10 - 12 kriški mesnate slanine oko 15 cm duge, 1 filet pečene crvene paprike, može i kisela, 1 vezica peršina, 2 kriške kruha, 1 glavica crvenog luka, 1 žutanjak, sol, papar, ulje... Još pola luka, 2 dl bijelog vina, 2-3 češnja češnjaka, 5-6 listića kadulje, može i suha.

Ingredients :
1 chicken breast , 10 to 12 slices of bacon, about 15 cm long , 1 fillet roasted red peppers (can be acidic), 
1 bunch parsley , 2 slices of bread , 1 onion , 1 egg yolk , salt , pepper , oil ... 
More... half an onion, 2 dl white wine , 2-3 cloves of garlic , 5-6 sage leaves ( can be dry) .

Priprema: 

Filet narezati na odreske po dužoj strani i svaki na dva dijela po dužini, neka ne budu uži od 3 cm... 
Posoliti!
Za nadjev popržiti na malo ulja usitnjene 2 kriške slanine i luk... Dodati i ostatke fileta, koje na dasci jako usitniti. Sve pržiti 2-3 min i u hladno umiješati, namočenu i ocijeđenu sredinu kruha i sve ostale sastojke.

Preparation: 

Filet cut into steaks on the long side and each in two lengthwise , not to be narrower than 3 cm ... Salt! 
For the stuffing , fry in a little oil chopped 2 slices of bacon and onions ... Add fillets remains , that  on the board really chop . All fry for 2-3 minutes and  in the cold mix soaked and drained the middle of bread and other ingredients .


                                     
Rasporediti po odrescima kao što pokazuje slika i svinuti u rolate.

Svaki rolat umotati tankom kriškom slanine i navući na štapiće za ražnjiće - po tri na svaki, kako se vidi na slici.

Ražnjiće složiti u nauljenu posudu za pečenje, dodati luk na komade, češnjak i kadulju. Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 250°C oko 20 min ili dok ne dobije lijepu boju. 
Okrenuti ih da se zapeku sa svih strana... politi vinom i peći dok ispari ...oko 15 - 20 min još ali na 200°C ...

Kebabs put in an oiled baking dish , add the onions into pieces , garlic and sage . Bake in preheated oven at 250 ° C for about 20 minutes or until it gets golden brown . Turn them to be baked on all sides ... Pour the wine and bake until evaporate ... about 15 to 20 minutes or more at 200 ° C ...


Svaki ražnjić po dužini prerezati na pola kako prikazuje slika...Tako ostaje samo jedan štapić...od jednog dobiješ dva...

Umak procijediti, dodati još malo maslaca po ukusu i uživanje može početi! Ja sam dodala i špagete na šalši s bosiljkom! Vi kako hoćete i šta hoćete!
