Kad bih morala izdvojiti samo jednu stvar ili razlog zašto volim jesen , bile bi to knedle od šljiva! Istina , mogu se raditi i u svako drugo doba ...ali ove jesenje su posebne i zato su danas, po ne znam koji put , mirisom preplavile našu kuhinju i dom...I vašu će sutra , znam da ih želite još jednom!

The truth is that they can be done and in any other time ... but this autumn are special and so today , after the umpteenth time , the smell flooded our kitchen and home ... And your tomorrow , I know that you want them once again !


Knedle od šljiva


SASTOJCI:
Za tijesto:
500 g krumpira, 1 jaje, 150 g brašna, žlica maslaca, sol
Za punjenje i prženje:
šljive, cimet, kocke šećera, 150 g maslaca, 100 g krušnih mrvica, 100 g samljevenih oraha, kristal šećer za posipanje
Krumpirovo tijesto:
Krumpir skuhati u kori, oguliti i protisnuti kroz pasirku.... http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-984286/Sur+La+Table+Food+Mill
Dodati jaje, brašno, 1 žlicu maslaca ili masti, malo soli i umijesiti tijesto.
Ako je jako mekano dodati samo malo brašna.

PRIPREMA:

Razvaljati na pobrašnjenoj dasci oko 1 cm debelo i rezati kvadrate... 
Na svaki staviti po 1 šljivu, malo cimeta i kockicu šećera. 
Oblikovati loptice... 
Kuhati ih u kipućoj vodi dok ne isplivaju i još samo malo više...
Dok knedle kuhaju u tavi otopiti 150 g maslaca i popržiti 100 g krušnih mrvica kojima dodati i 100 g samljevenih oraha. U ovu smjesu uvaljati kuhane i ocijeđene knedle i posuti kristal šećerom...

Recept je isti samo u nadjev idu pečene šljive i cimet. U posipu nema oraha, njih zamjenjuje ista količina krušnih mrvica...Postupak pripreme pogledajte u video receptu...

INGREDIENTS :
For the dough : 500 g potatoes , 1 egg , 150 g flour , a tablespoon of butter , salt 
For filling and frying : 
plums , cinnamon , sugar cubes , 150g butter , 100g of breadcrumbs , 100 g of ground walnuts , crystal sugar for sprinkling
Potato dough :
