Ništa me ne vraća i ne veže tako snažno, u rano djetinjstvo, kao mamine tople pecipale s punooooooo šećera i to skoro svako jutro!
Zamijesim još ponekad, u danima nostalgije, sasvim obično tijesto za kruh, počastim se ovakvim kolačićima...tiramolcima!

Danas častim i sve vas koji se još sjećate istih ili sličnih maminih kolačića, a posebno onog neugodnog šećera između prstiju!

SASTOJCI: 
600 g brašna ( pola oštrog ), pola kocke kvasca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 žličica soli, 5-6 žlica ulja i tople vode koliko treba.

U lončiću zgrijati 2 dcl vode, ali samo da je mlako i dodati žlicu šećera i žlicu brašna, umrviti i otopiti kvasac. Ostaviti da se dvostruko poveća. U veću posudu prosijati brašno i dodati sol, nadošli kvasac i po malo vode da se umijesi dosta mekano tijesto. Premazati uljem i ostaviti da dvostruko naraste.

Razvaljati na pobrašnjenoj dasci pola cm debelo i rezati oblike... Pržiti na zagrijanom ulju da pozlate. Vaditi i odmah uvaljati ili posuti kristal šećerom.

Grandma's sweet cookies

Nothing makes me coming back and not tied so strongly , in early childhood , as  mother's warm cookies with a lot of sugar almost every morning ! Mingled yet sometimes , in the days of nostalgia , quite often the bread dough , these cookies are a treat ... "Tiramolci "!
Today give all of you who still remember the same or similar mom's cookies , and particularly those unpleasant sugar between your fingers !

INGREDIENTS : 
600 g of flour ( half- sharp ) , half a cube of yeast , 1 tablespoon sugar , 1 teaspoon salt, 
5-6 tablespoon oil and hot water as needed.

In a small pot heat the 2 ounces of water , but only that the lukewarm and add a tablespoon of sugar and a tablespoon of flour , add and dissolve the yeast . Allow to double the increase . In a larger bowl sift the flour and add the salt , the yeast and the little water that is kneaded quite soft dough . Strongly knead ... I do it manually , but you can in the mixer for dough ...
Coat with oil and leave to rise twice .Roll out on a floured board half a cm thick and cut shape ... fry in the hot oil to be golden . Eject and immediately roll or sprinkle granulated sugar .

Put couple of  them on Tiramol and send the neighbors !

For those who do not know Tiramola (  clotheslines )  is the rope on wheels in which the dried goods . Split streets are narrow and there is no room for drying clothes ... tiramola linking windows , tiramola bind the street ... they simply keep the breath of the Mediterranean as it once was ...
