SASTOJCI:

Za kore: 400 g brašna 1 žlica octa 6 žlica ulja malo soli ( ne previše jer će pucati tijesto prilikom razvlačenja ) oko 2 dl mlake vode

Vučeno tijesto: Od svih sastojaka dobro umijesiti mekše tijesto, dodajući odjednom cijelu količinu vode. Ostaviti ga da počiva pola sata, omotana prozirnom folijom. Odležalo tijesto razvući valjkom na pobrašnjenom stolnjaku. Premazati ga uljem i ostaviti tako još desetak min.
Razvući ga tada koliko je moguće više i tanje, lagano vukući sa svih strana.

NADJEV: 
1 kg krumpira, 2 luka srednje veličine, sol, papar, ulje

Luk narezati. Dodati krumpir, posoliti i popapriti. 
Na razvučene i uljem nakapane kore rasporediti nadjev s obje strane...
Svinuti s obje strane do sredine i rezati na komade u veličini lima za pečenje. Lim prethodno premazati uljem, kao i pitu prije odozgo . 
Peći u zagrijanoj pećnici na 250°C desetak min i smanjiti na 200°C još desetak min . 
Prokuhati 2 dl vode, malo soli i nekoliko žlica ulja i zaliti pitu. 
Nastaviti peći dok ne popije svu tekućinu i postane ponovo hrskava!
