Bunker musaka / Stuffed potatoes



Kad stvari oko sebe gledate malo drugačije ....kad imate vremena, mašte i slobode da to prenesete na ono što radite, pa makar to bio i svakodnevni ručak, onda umjesto klasične dobijete BUNKER MUSAKU! A kako joj dati ime ako ne po onom na što izgledom podsjeća....

SASTOJCI:
400 g mljevene junetine, 6-7 krumpira malo većih i iste veličine, 1 crveni luk, 1 žličica mljevene paprike, papar, sol , češnjak , grančica ružmarina, 4 jaja , 1 čvrsti jogurt ili kiselo vrhnje, 2-3 dl mlijeka ,vezica mladog luka, muškat oraščić, po volji malo parmezana

INGREDIENTS :
400 g minced beef , 6-7 potatoes a little bigger and the same size , 1 onion , 1 teaspoon paprika , pepper , salt , garlic , a sprig of rosemary , 4 eggs , 1 yoghurt or sour cream , 2-3 dl milk , tie spring onions , nutmeg , a little parmesan cheese

Na ulju popržiti usitnjeni luk i dodati meso... Kad se dobro uprži dodati češnjak , sol, papar i crvenu papriku...Pirjati uz dodavanje po malo vode desetak min...
Krumpir skuhati u kori i oguliti. Svaki prerezati na pola izdubiti sredinu ... Taj dio krumpira usitniti i dio dodati u meso a veći staviti na dno posude za pečenje...  http://www.surlatable.com/product/PRO-1608082/Oven-to-Table+Square+Stoneware+Bakers+Set+of+2
Mesu dodati i 1 jaje i ispuniti krumpire... Krumpire pažljivo redati u posudu za pečenje nadjevom prema dolje...
Preliti malo uljem i staviti u zagrijanu pećnicu pola sata na 220°C ili niže , ovisno o pećnici...
Preliti umakom od 3 jaja, mlijeka, vrhnja, soli, parmezana, nasjeckanog mladog luka i malo muškat oraha... Dodati jaja i mlijeka ili jogurta čak , koliko treba da se skoro prekriju krumpiri... Vratiti u pećnicu samo da se umak stegne - ne više od 15 min. Uživat će te znam i spremati i jesti jednako!
