Prhka pita s dva nadjeva i dvostruko više užitka - morate probati !

Sastojci: 
ZA TIJESTO: 
300 g oštrog brašna, 200 g maslaca, 100 g šećera, 2 žumanjka, korica limuna, pola male žličice pecilnog praška, malo soli.
Za nadjev od sira:
300 g svježeg sira, 250 g mascarpone sira, 1 kiselo vrhnje ( 180 ml ), sok limuna, 1 vrećica pudinga od vanilije, 150 g šećera, snijeg 2 bjelanjka
Za nadjev s voćem:
300 g voća ( višnje i borovnice), 100 g šećera, 3 žlice brašna i 1 jaje

Umijesiti prhko tijesto, najbrže što možete. Dodati malo mlijeka ili vrhnja ako se ne spaja... Podijeliti na 2 dijela i jedan veći staviti u hladnjak, a manji u lednicu. Pratiti video!

Veličina lima je 35x22cm. Peći na 170°C u ugrijanoj pećnici oko 40 min .
