SASTOJCI: 
600 g oštrog brašna, 4 žumanjka, 2 vanil šećera, 3 dcl mlijeka, 7 žlica ulja, 2/3 kocke kvasca, 3 žlice šećera, pola žličice soli,korica naranče, nutela ili džem, šećer u prahu za posipanje i ulje za prženje..

Pjenasto izmiješati žutanjke, šećer i šećer vaniliju. Dodati pola količine brašna i kvasac koji se prethodno pomiješa s malo toplog mlijeka i žlicom šećera...

Uzeti sada malo manju modlicu ili čašu pa ponovo izvaditi oblik - da se rubovi spoje. Ponovo ih pokriti i ostaviti da dvostruko narastu...
Pržiti u zagrijanom ulju i smanjenom na srednje jako, poklopljeno s jedne strane i kad se okrenu nakon 1-2 min ostaviti otvoreno...Vaditi na upijajući papir i tople posuti šećerom u prahu!
