SASTOJCI:

1 kg srdela ( poželjno da su veće ), sok 2 limuna, 2-3 češnja češnjaka, 2 dl maslinova ulja, sol i papar

INGREDIENTS : 
1 kg of sardines (preferably  larger ) , 2 lemon juice , 2-3 cloves garlic , 2 dl olive oil , salt and pepper

PRIPREMA:

->Srdelama odstraniti glavu s utrobom
->Dobro ih obrisati  
->Složiti u posudu za pečenje, jednu uz drugu...kao srdele! Divne posude za pečenje pronaći će te...

->Preliti ih marinadom od ulja, limunova soka, usitnjenog češnjaka, soli i papra (sve skupa izmješano! ) 
->Ostaviti ih 10 -ak min  
->Staviti peći u dobro ugrijanu pećnicu na 220°C oko 18 -20 min dok ne dobiju finu boju (ne smiju se prepeći)
->Da budu još sočnije podliti s malo vode zadnjih 5 min pečenja i posuti usitnjenim peršinom ________________

- >To sardines remove the head and intestines 
- > Sardines wipe

- > Pour marinade  with oil , lemon juice , chopped garlic , salt and pepper ( all mixed up together ! )
- > Leave them 10 -odd minutes
- > Place in a well heated oven at 220 ° C for about 18 -20 minutes until they get a nice color ( should not be overdone ) - > To be even juicier pour a little water the last 5 minutes of baking and sprinkle with chopped parsley
