Lemon juice / white vinegar
-Wash and peel the oranges.
Put about 2,5- 3 L of water to boil, add the orange peel and cook for about 10 minutes. Take the peel out and drain it.
-Repeat the process for 3times (all together).
-After you finished the process for the 3rd time, weight together drained peel and the oranges pulp, take the same amount of sugar and half of the weight of water. Cook all together around half an hour, mix it with hand blender (or a regular onpe).
-Pour everything in a big roasting pan and put in the oven for at least 1 hour on 180°C (until it becomes really thick).
-10 minutes before you take it out from the oven, add 1-2 squeezed lemon juice or 2 Tbsp of white vinegar.
-Pour the mixture in previously heated jars and close them.
-Leave them to cool
