SASTOJCI / Ingredients: PALENTA / polenta - 400 ml VODE / 400 ml water - 150 ml MLIJEKA / 150 ml milk - 100 ml ULJA (mi smo koristili MASLINOVO) / 100 ml oil (we used olive oil) - 1 ŽLIČICA SOLI / 1 tsp salt - 1 LIST KADULJE / 1 sage leaf - 180 g KUKURUZNE KRUPICE / 180 g corn grits - 100 g KREMASTOG SIRA (mi smo koristili alpski bijeli krem sir) / 100 g cream cheese NADJEV / stuffing - 100 g GLJIVA (ŠAMPINJONA) / 100 g mushrooms (champignons) - 1 VEZICA ZELENOG LUKA / 1 bunch of green onions - 4 ŽLICE MASLINOVOG ULJA / 4 tbsp olive oil - 200 g TIKVICA / 200 g zucchini - SOL / salt - PAPAR / pepper - 180-200 g MOZZARELLE / 180-200 g mozzarella - PAPIR ZA PEČENJE / baking paper - PEKAČ (PROMJERA 28-30 cm / baking sheet (diameter 28-30 cm)
