- 1,3 kg KISELOG KUPUSA (DOMAĆI) / 1,3 kg of sour cabbage head
- 200 g LUKA / 200 g of onions
- 80 g RIŽE / 80 g of rice
- 3 ŽLICE BILJNOG ULJA / 3 tbsp of vegetable oil
- 1 ŽLIČICA SOLI / 1 tsp of salt
- 150 g NAREZANE PANCETE / 150 g of sliced bacon
- 300 do 400 g PANCETE U KOMADU / 300 -400 g of bacon
- 3 REŽNJA ČEŠNJAKA / 3 cloves of garlic
- 2 ŽLIČICE PAPRA / 2 tsp of pepper
- 2 ŽLICE SLATKE PAPRIKE / 2 tbsp of sweet red pepper powder
- 1,5 LITRA JUHE (ili voda+kocka za juhu) /
1,5 liter of soup (or water + stock cube)
- 2 LISTA LOVORA / 2 bay leaves
