SASTOJCI: 280 g brašna (140 g oštrog i 140 g mekog ), 25 g kakaa, 120 g maslaca, 160 g šećera, 2 žličice vanil šećera, 1-2 žlice mlijeka, 1/3 žličice soli, 1 jaje, 150 g oraha ( krupno mljevenih ), 130 g bijele čokolade, 3 žlice vrhnja za šlag
