Kao jesen bogata bojama, tako je svaki zalogaj ove torte poseban i drugačiji...na kraju vam se učini da ste kušali samu jesen.
SASTOJCI (BISKVIT):
2 velika jaja, 60 g maslaca, 60 g šećera, 1 žlica kakaa, 50 g brašna, 1 žlica praška za pecivo,
1/3 žličice soli, 1/2 dl mlijeka, 2 dl vrhnja za šlag, 70 g čokolade za kuhanje
SASTOJCI (ZA KREMU):
300 g kesten pirea (zaslađenog), 250 g čokolade, 1/2 l vrhnja za šlag (mliječno),
1 vrećica želatine (mljevene), 4 žlice marmelade od kestena (ili od marelice), 4 žlice sjeckanih kestena,
čokolada i glazirani kesteni za ukrašavanje

INGREDIENTS (BISCUIT CAKE)
- 2 large eggs, 60 g of butter, 60 g of sugar, 1 tablespoon of cocoa, 50 g of flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1/3 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 dl of milk, 2 dl of whip cream, 70 g of dark chocolate
INGREDIENTS (FOR THE CREAM)
300 g of chestnut puree (sweetened), 250 g of chocolate, 1/2 l of whip cream, 1 pack of powdered gelatine, 4 tablespoons of chestnut jam (or apricot ), 4 tablespoons of chopped chestnuts,
chocolate and sweet coated chestnuts for decoration
