Sastojci:
400 g krumpira, 200 g crvenog luka, 3 režnja češnjaka, 300 g rajčica, 400 g paprika ( u bojama ),
1-2 zelena feferona, 100 g mahuna, 60 g mrkve, 200 g patlidžana, 300-400 ml pileće juhe ili vode s kockom, pola vezice peršina, sol, papar, ulje za prženje i maslinovo ulje
