Pozdrav talijanskoj kuhinji za sva divna jela, a ovo je jedno koje jako volimo!
Sastojci:
Za kvasac:
1 dl tople vode, 1 žličica šećera, 2 žlice brašna, 15 g kvasca
i još - 400 g brašna ( još 100 g za umijesiti i valjati na dasci ), 300 - 350 ml tople vode,, 1- 2 žličice soli
Za umak:
250 g pelati, 2 žlice maslinovog ulja, 1 žličica origana, soli i sve to samljeti štapnim
Za nadjev:
sir gouda, ementaler ...ili koji drugi, šunka, gljive ukoliko želite, jaje po ukusu, samo razbiti na nadjev...ne mutiti!

Ingredients:
For the yeast:
1 dl of warm water, 1 teaspoon of sugar, 2 tablespoons of flour, 15 g of yeast
and another 400 g of flour (100 g to knead and roll on the board- surface), 300 to 350 ml of warm water, 1 to 2 teaspoons of salt
For the sauce:
250 g of peeled tomatoes, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of oregano, salt and grind it all
For the filling:
cheese (gouda, ementaler ... or some other), ham, mushrooms if you want, egg if you want, just put it on the top of the filling ...
