Ne morate čekati maškare, učinite ih već danas! Znam da ih je teško usporediti s omiljenim krafnama,
ali moram reći da su jednako dobre! Uslast vam!

Sastojci:
Za kvasac:
12 g kvasca, 1 žlica šećera, 1 žlica brašna, dio toplog mlijeka (od ukupne količine)
Za nadjev:
korica 1 naranče, 4-5 žlica šećera
Za tijesto:
350 g brašna, 1 jaje, 25 g masla sobne temperature, 100 g šećera, prstohvat soli i 125 ml mlijeka

Napomena:
Nakon što izrežete kriške, arancine pokrijte krpom i neka se dižu još 15- ak min prije prženja!

Ingredients:
For the yeast:
12 g of yeast, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of flour, part of warm milk (out of the total amount)
For the filling:
1 orange zest, 4-5 tablespoons of sugar
For the dough:
350 g of flour, 1 egg, 25 g of butter ( room temperature ), 100 g of sugar, pinch of salt and 125 ml of milk
Remark:
After cuting slices, cover them with a cloth and let it rise another 15 min before the frying!
