Sastojci:
100 g brašna, 150 g griza, 2 jaja, 4 žlice rakije, korica limuna, 25 g masti ili ulja, 1/2 žličice praška za pecivo, 15 g šećera i malo soli
Za umakanje - 300 g meda, 1.5 dl vode, 1 naranča

1/2 teaspoon baking powder, 15 g sugar and a pinch of salt
For the sauce - 300 g honey, 1.5 dl water, 1 orange
