Zaboravite miksere, sjeckalice i sva druga pomagala! Za ovo staro jelo potreban je drveni bat, jedna dublja posuda, skuhan i očišćen bakalar i vaša želja da uživate u savršenom okusu, nikad zaboravljenog jela iz bakine kuhinje!
Ovo je moj prvi pokušaj i neopisiva radost što sam u album sjećanja, dodala još jednu živu sliku nona Milkinih delicija!
1 bakalar ( oko 1 kg težine ), 800 ml - 1 litra maslinovog ulja, 5 - 6 režnjeva češnjaka ( većih ),
vezica peršina, 4 - 5 krumpira, sol i bijeli papar
- Bakalar skuhati u slanoj vodi toliko da se odvoji od kostiju! To traje oko 40 - 60 min!

This is my first attempt and the indescribable joy that I have in the album of memories, adding another vivid picture of the grandmother Milka delicacies!
Ingrediens:
1 cod (about 1 kg of weight), 800 ml - 1 liter of olive oil, 5 - 6 garlic gloves (larger),
parsley, 4 - 5 potatoes, salt and white pepper
- Cook cod in salted water so much that it can be separated from the bones! It takes about 40 to 60 minutes!
