Na našem svečanom ručku volimo imati nešto divlje i ovog puta smo odabrali fazana i po ne znam koji put se uvjerili da je njegovo meso delicija među pticama! Obavezno probajte!
Sastojci:
Fazan od 1 - 1,2 kg ( mlađi ), korjenasto povrće za juhu, 200 - 300 g šampinjona, 2-3 grančice timjana,
50 - 70 g maslaca, 1-2 žlice brašna, 3-4 žlice konjaka ( vinjaka ), sol, papar, ulje, panceta na tanje fete,
sok pola limuna i juha ...
