Sastojci:
4 veća bjelanjka, 2 žlice kristal šećera, 130 g šećera u prahu, malo soli i 100 g kokosa
Za kremu:
80 g vrhnja, 150 g bijele čokolade, sok i kora limuna ...naranče

80 g whipping cream, 150 g white chocolate, lemon juice and zest ... or orange
